Interval Timer/Stopwatch


Used as an interval timer, the Gymboss can be set for 1 or 2 different intervals from 2 seconds to 99 minutes. It has two volume settings and a vibrate setting for when you are working out in a crowded location and don’t want to cause a disturbance. The Gymboss can also be used as a stopwatch, for times when you need to record duration of an exercise. We use this timer in StrikeCamp Fitness classes to switch from drill to drill.

MMA Gloves

Everlast Pro Style MMA Grappling Gloves

These gloves are great for switching back and forth between striking a target and getting down on the ground for a bodyweight exercise.

UFC® Weighted MMA Gloves

These gloves are not recommended for bag work. However, they are great if you are shadowboxing or taking a cardio kickboxing class. The total weight of each glove is two pounds, with a half-pound weight sewn into the palm of each glove and a removable 1.5-pound weight attached to the back of each glove. S/M will fit most women well, and L/XL is more appropriate for men.

Focus Mitts

Windy Curved Focus Mitts (Pair)

These are the same focus mitts we use in StrikeCamp Fitness classes. They are professional grade and built to stand up to a beating.

Proforce Thunder Leather Curved Focus Mitt (Single)

For the kickboxer on a budget, the ProForce leather focus mitt is a great alternative to the pricier brands. Please note that this is sold as a single item, not as a pair.

Resistance Bands

This simple jump rope is great for amping up your heart rate and working on your agility.
